Do you say affirmations?
“I am” are the two most powerful word in the Universe.
How often do you use them out loud throughout the day without realising you are casting spells? Reciting incantations that the Universe is listening to and responding to.
“I’m so skint.”
“I’m too tired.”
“I’m rubbish at that.”
Affirmations have become somewhat of a social media craze. They’ve become an easy content drop to get a few clicks and with all the best intentions, but how often do you read them, nod, think it, maybe smile, then scroll on?
I’m going to hazard a guess at most of the time.
Affirmations need to be spoken. They need to be said out loud. They need to be heard by the Universe and while the Universe does indeed hear your thoughts and intentions, you’re saying one thing in your head and casting spells out loud about something entirely different.
Words have power. Your voice has power.
Why can’t you say these things out loud?
Is it because you are worried someone might hear? Fear of judgement is a very real thing. You don’t need to say them in a place where people can hear you, but you need to say them.
And even more importantly, you need to stop casting spells that say otherwise.
Mind your language. Mind the spells you cast. Remember there is magic in your words and you have the power to create a beautiful life if you affirm it out loud to the Universe so your words and your thoughts are in alignment.
The following are some affirmations that came to me today during my meditation. They are powerful because they contain two very magical elements… “I am” as power words, and gratitude as a vibration. Don’t forget to say them out loud.
“I am at peace within myself and I am grateful for the lessons.”
“I am at one with the Goddess and I am grateful for the journey.”
“I am abundant and overflowing and I am grateful for all that I already have.”
